Happy Birthday to Her Majesty The Queen…

To commemorate her 90th birthday, the Palace have released the most amazing series of photos and I love them all, particularly the one with Prince George…what a cutie!! This particular image will be used for a series of stamps to commemorate her birthday.

What a lovely photo of mother and daughter..

I think this one may be my favourite-the Queen looks so relaxed and happy…

All of the above images (except the first one) were all taken by photographer Annie Liebowitz, one of my favourite photographers. She is a genius and has captured the true essence of Her Majesty perfectly in my opinion.

I find the Queen such an incredible inspiration…she walks without a cane or any assistance and works harder than almost all of the other Royals.

Family Christmas photo…

This gorgeous casual image was recently released by Kensington Palace to celebrate the family’s first Christmas as a group of four and its an absolute delight..I love it! Princess Charlotte is the most adorable little girl and Prince George is looking so grown-up…the little shoe and the train at the bottom of the group is a lovely touch too..they really are a lovely looking family.

What would life be without a cute little baby photo thrown in here and there…and in particular, Princess Charlotte…she is utterly gorgeous and in my humble opinion, looks just like her Dad…these recently released photos of her are to celebrate her 6 month milestone and they appear to have been taken by Katherine and are simple and sweet..

I love how the Royal couple release these photos which are essentially casual family photos. No formal, uptight and posed family portraits for them!

Remember the first ones we were shown when she was a tiny newborn?

Also taken by Kate and just as sweet!

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth becomes the longest ruling British Monarch in history today, surpassing her great , great Grandmother, Queen Victoria.

What a legacy she has created, with her incomparable commitment to her country and the example she has set for future generations of Royals ,with her exceptional work ethic and service to her people. At an age when most people would be retired and putting their feet up, she continues with her duties and day to day engagements with the robust energy of a woman half her age, and with impeccable hair! She is an example to us all and a true figurehead for Britain and the Commonwealth Countries.

And here she is….I love this photo of the new family member and her parents..Kate looks remarkably fresh and relaxed it has to be said! Clearly it was a fairly straightforward birth as the family left the hospital just hours after the birth and they will spend the night at Kensington Palace.

Such excitement surrounding the birth of a new Princess!! The whole world has been waiting and watching and today it finally happened and the announcement was made this morning London time.

I always thought Kate might have a little girl and I think its absolutely wonderful for the Royal couple to have one of each…I expect that she will become the apple of her father’s eye!

So now we all wait for the first image of the little baby girl….

Royal Watch..

It must be said that this Royal Tour of New Zealand and Australia has certainly yielded some gorgeous photos of the Royal couple and especially Prince George, who is just at the most adorable age.

One of my favourites…

Diana would have loved this and she would have been so proud of her son and grandson. (Strange to imagine Diana as a grandmother…)

I particularly love all of his precious little classic outfits-the smocked items are so sweet!
